IDIA: A LIFETIME OF EDUCATION

The Institute for Domestic and International Affairs combines the best of an active collegiate club and an independent non-profit organization. The undergraduate students who staff our conferences come from all majors and fields, not just political science. And they go on to leadership roles in a wide range of professional settings, from life sciences, to politics, media and communications, business, finance, academia and more. Yes, we even have a few excellent alumni who have gone on to work for the real United Nations.

If you’re one of the more than 1,000 students who has ever staffed an IDIA conference, we encourage to sign up for the alumni newsletter here. This is the best way to stay in touch with IDIA as you grow in your post-graduation pursuits, and be the first to hear about meet-ups, alumni events, conference visits, speaking opportunities, and more.

If you currently attend a college or university without an active IDIA chapter, but would like to start one - that’s great news. We’d love to hear from you.
